Looking a little creased and dishevelled, hair needing a good brushing, but very happy after an afternoon at Port Meadow. The holidays are almost over so we decided to make the most of a sunny day. We were tempted to buy a boat, and if we'd had any savings at all they would have all gone yesterday afternoon!
It felt like we were in the middle of a Constable painting with beautiful ponies drinking from the river. It was so calming that even being butted by a bull whilst trying to get through the gate didn't phase me...
We did lots of talking and might just think about selling the house and buying a boat...or a shop...
Maybe it's time for an adventure...
